9.) RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Buyers have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund. To request a return, contact us via our contact form.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee may apply for excessive returns.
All sales of discounted, clearance, or final-sale items are final.

We do not accept returns on fragile or custom-made antiques unless they arrive damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence and contact us immediately for resolution.
